Continuous Education Unit
This unit is responsible for identifying the training needs of the college staff and participating in organizing the process of providing training programs, following up on their implementation, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
Tasks :
- Identify the training needs and programs needed to develop skills in the college and support the participation of faculty members in these programs.
- Supervise the Skills Development Unit and develop development plans and strategies to implement them.
- Identify the specialized training needs of faculty members in the college's academic departments and coordinate with the Deanship of Skills Development in implementing them.
- Urging and encouraging faculty members to participate in attending the courses, training programs and workshops offered by the Deanship of Skills Development.
- Follow up the implementation of the development programs of the college staff (faculty members, administrators, technicians and students).
- Organizing the necessary lectures and workshops at the college in coordination with the departments and the Continuing Education Unit.
- Preparing a periodic report on the unit's activities and submitting it to the Vice Dean for Development and Quality.
- Assisting the vice dean in planning and organizing everything that facilitates the workflow of the unit.
- Carrying out the work assigned to him by the Vice Dean of the College.
