The Development and Quality Unit works to spread the culture of quality among the college’s members, develop and implement the college’s strategic plans, and provide the necessary facilities for all work teams responsible for implementing quality and documenting their work, in addition to continuously collecting data and information about quality activities in the college, and forming work teams for quality-related projects.

Unit Tasks

1. Spreading the culture of quality in the college.

2. Identifying possible areas of improvement and proposing the necessary projects to achieve them.

3. Developing and following up on the implementation of the college's strategic plans.

4. Proposing the formation of work teams in the projects proposed by the unit.

5. Encouraging college employees to take the initiative to propose projects and assisting them in activating those proposals.

6. Providing the necessary facilities for all work teams responsible for implementing quality.

7. Documenting the efforts and results of the application and submitting them to the Deanship of Quality.

8. Continuously collecting data and information about quality activities in the college.

9. Following up on the progress of excellence awards procedures in the college.

10. Performing other tasks assigned to the unit in relation to quality and its implementation.
