Graduate Studies Unit

Planning and supervising graduate programs and coordinating between the different program directors.

Duties:

  • Supervising postgraduate programs and proposing plans for their development in coordination with the program directors.
  • Supervising the admission exams for new applicants to graduate programs.
  • Coordinating with the departments regarding graduate students' applications and submitting them to the Vice Dean.
  • Prepare an annual report on the progress and activities of postgraduate studies and submit it to the Vice Dean.
  • Assisting the vice dean in planning and organizing everything that would facilitate the workflow of the unit.
  • Follow up the periodic reports of the master's and doctoral theses of postgraduate students and submit them to the vice dean.
  • Follow up the courses of study for students offered by other colleges of the university such as medicine, pharmacy, science, engineering and other colleges.
