1) consolidating the concept of quality and disseminating its culture at the college level.
2) Overseeing the implementation of the quality program in the college.
3) Overseeing the performance appraisal process in the college.
4) Supervising the implementation of the evaluation and academic accreditation program.
5) Supervising the preparation and implementation of development and strategic plans of the college.
6) Identifying any difficulties or problems facing development and quality programs, and suggesting solutions to overcome them.
7) Overseeing the implementation of Excellence Awards Program at the college level regarding teaching, research or career performance.
8) Determining the specialized training needs of the faculty of the college in coordination with the Deanship of Skill Development.
9) Urging and encouraging college members to participate in the training programs and workshops offered by the Deanship of Skill Development.
10) Doing any development and quality tasks referred to the unit.
